Who pays return shipping?

  If item is faulty, damaged, or wrong: Waqat Bazar covers it.

  Change of mind/size/style: customer covers it.
  Refunds: After inspection approval, refunds are issued via bank transfer/wallet within 7–10 working days. COD orders are refunded by bank transfer. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
  Exchanges: Allowed within the 7-day window; any price difference will be charged/refunded.
  Non-returnable: Used/altered items; clearance/flash-sale items; customized/engraved pieces; damage caused by mishandling or moisture beyond rating; consumables (batteries/straps) unless defective on arrival.
  Warranty issues: Manufacturing defects after the return window are handled under our 6-month limited warranty (where applicable)—contact support for a claim.
